The elevators were slow, but the room was comfortable.

This place suits me perfectly, providing great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a comfortable bar/lounge area. I still remember how the staff helped me with currency exchange on my first stay. Highly recommend!...  

I recently stayed here for one night and found the view from my room was excellent! However, the cleanliness was a major letdown with outdated fixtures. I'd hesitate to recommend it.

The hotel had a fantastic location, right across from Bayside Marketplace. Access to restaurants and shops was super easy. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure I felt welcome. The room was spacious with a nice bay view, which I loved. However, the room had several issues. There were signs of wear, and the furnishings looked outdated. The bathroom needed some serious attention, including some mold in the shower. I struggled with the elevators. they were slow and sometimes out of service. A few times I had to take the stairs from the eighth floor, which was tough considering the situation with my elderly mother. The lack of a pool was also disappointing, especially since I anticipated enjoying that feature. Even though the hotel provided a decent experience, the facilities need upgrades to match the price I paid.

Location is unbeatable, situated near numerous restaurants and shopping, making it perfect for exploring nearby attractions. However, the experience was marred by inconsistent room cleaning—often having to request it multiple times, and not having basic amenities like coffee replenished. The lack of daily bellman service for luggage assistance was also a drawback during our stay.

Decent Stay for Cruise-Goers

Great location but needs upgrades!

Had a nice stay for a night. The location is awesome, super close to the cruise terminal. We could drop our bags off while exploring. However, the room had a musty smell and the vibe feels kinda old-school, like a little TLC wouldn't hurt. The bar area was chill though and perfect for winding down after a long day.
